The present invention provides a sample fixing device for a laser machining apparatus. The laser machining apparatus comprises a vacuum chuck on which a workpiece sample is loaded, and a laser machining unit to perform laser-machining on the sample. The sample fixing device comprises: a vacuum pump to vacuum-adsorb the sample on an upper portion of the vacuum check and separate the sample from the upper portion of the vacuum check by a small distance; a heating wire formed on a surface of the vacuum chuck or in the vacuum chuck; and a temperature adjustment unit formed on a lower portion of the vacuum chuck to control a temperature of the heating wire.
