The present invention relates to an integrated maintenance management system for a warship, capable of remote access maintenance, remote video maintenance, and own maintenance, and to a management method thereof. The integrated maintenance management system includes: a remote access maintenance system accessing a warship management server remotely to maintain an apparatus mounted on a warship remotely; a remote image maintenance system transmitting image data and recorded voice data to a remote maintenance center or receiving maintenance management information from the remote maintenance center by using a communications network that the remote access maintenance system; and a maintenance history management system storing maintenance information generated by the remote access maintenance system and the remote image maintenance system and sharing the maintenance information with the remote maintenance center. |
