The present invention relates to a device for supplying a fixed amount of waste, comprising: a hopper for receiving waste; a conveyor belt placed below the hopper to transfer the waste input into the hopper; a first conveyor shaft formed at one side of the conveyor belt; a second conveyor shaft formed at the other side of the conveyor belt; a power transmission part for a conveyor which rotates the first conveyor shaft; a discharge part formed below the first conveyor shaft and discharging the waste, which has been transferred from the conveyor belt, to an incinerator; a lower cutter part formed above the discharge part and transferring the waste, which has been transferred from the conveyor belt, to the discharge part; a power transmission part for a lower cutter which rotates the lower cutter part; an upper cutter part formed above the fore-end of the lower cutter part and rotating in the direction opposite to the rotating direction of the lower cutter part; and a power transmission part for an upper cutter which rotates the upper cutter part. The lower cutter part includes: a lower cutter shaft connected to the power transmission part for a lower cutter; at least one first rotating plate combined with the lower cutter shaft and having a hollow formed therein; at least one first blade frame combined with the first rotating plate and formed parallel to the lower cutter shaft; and at least one first blade combined perpendicularly with the first blade frame, pulverizing the waste and moving the waste toward the discharge part. |
