Disclosed is a casting machine for using sodium silicate or magnesium as a casting material, and casting by applying heat and pressure. The casting machine comprises: a hopper unit injecting a casting material; a transfer unit wherein an upper end of one side thereof is opened to allow a casting material discharged from the hopper unit to be injected therethrough and to allow the casting material to be transferred to an other side to be discharged therefrom; and a stirring unit in which an upper end of one side thereof is opened to allow the casting material discharged from the transfer unit to be injected therethrough including a pair of stirring rotational shafts formed to extend along a transfer path of the casting material alongside each other such that the casing material is transferred and stirred together from the one side to the other side from which the casing material is discharged, and a plurality of stirring blades as a pair of blades prepared in a spiral form having a circular arc shape symmetrical along the stirring rotational shafts. As such, cohesiveness and cohesion of manufactured casting are enhanced, and as a thin film is formed on a surface of a casing, oxidation may be prevented; thus casting may stably be manufactured even in a case of a material having a risk of exploding in a dust state. Also, as transferring and stirring are simultaneously performed, casting time may be shortened when compared with an existing casting time, increasing casting production time. |
