A management system for reporting a fallen object on a road of the present invention is installed in a vehicle driven on a road and comprises: an emergency button attached on a steering wheel for a driver; a voice module operated by receiving signals of the emergency button for receiving instructions for the diver and transmitting the instructions to a vehicle terminal; a camera for photographing an image in front of the vehicle; a global positioning system (GPS) receiver for providing the vehicle terminal with location information and time information; the vehicle terminal for receiving and storing image information photographed and transmitted by the camera, and for receiving and storing a forward image information on an emergency like falling photographed when the emergency button is in operation among the image information, vehicle plate number information of the preceding vehicle extracted from the image information photographed by the camera, and instruction information received via the voice module, as well as for transmitting, to a control center server, the instruction information stored, related image information like an fallen object, the plate number information of the preceding vehicle extracted, information on button operation time received from the GPS, and vehicle location information at the same time of a day, and for displaying an alarm message received from the control center server; an emergency light operated at the same time when the button is operated; the control center server for receiving and displaying the instruction information, the related image information like a fallen object, the location information and the time information, which are received from the vehicle terminal, and for identifying a vehicle terminal within a specific range based on the location information of the vehicle terminal which transmitted the related image information like a fallen object or the instruction information, and for transmitting the alarm message like the existence of a fallen object to the vehicle terminal identified; and wireless networks or internet networks for data communication between the vehicle terminal and the control center server. |
