摘要 The present invention relates to a device and a method to extract a vegetation section for three-dimensional navigation, capable of extracting a vegetation distribution section for three-dimensional navigation using GPS/INS data and laser data. The device to extract a vegetation section for three-dimensional navigation comprises: a data collection unit of collecting data required to extract a vegetation section; a data preprocessing unit generating three-dimensional point data by preprocessing the collected data; a header information analysis unit analyzing header information of the three-dimensional point data; a header information filter unit extracting the vegetation section by filtering the header information; a class application unit applying a class to each point data of the vegetation section to represent the extracted vegetation section; a surface-formed and linear matching unit generating surface-formed data and linear data corresponding to at least one among a size, a shape, and an area of the vegetation section or street trees using class information applied to each point data and matching the surface-formed data and linear data to a road boundary line; and a linear interpolation and feature application unit performing a linear interpolation on the street tree or the vegetation section using the already known information related to a road and applying a feature.
