<p>The screwdriver has a guide tube (3) including a blocking unit cooperating with a connector (22) during tightening and loosening of a surgical screw (2), where a connecting rod (4) is guided in rotation and in translation within the guide tube. The connecting rod includes a connection unit for recovering a spherical head (21) of the screw and attaching the connector of the screw. A clamping force limiting unit limits the clamping force acting on the connection unit. A pressure unit (44) acts on the spherical head of the screw when tightening the connection unit in the connector.</p> |
