The present invention relates to a manual transmission lever structure, and more specifically, to a manual transmission lever structure preventing damage to a shift cable during a select operation of a manual transmission lever and a disassembling method thereof. To this end, the present invention provides the manual transmission lever structure comprising: the transmission lever operated in a shift direction or a select direction by operation of a driver; a lever rod fixated to a lower end part of the transmission lever; a shift cable bracket having a bent unit facing front and back surfaces of the lever rod; and a shift cable of which one end is connected to the shift cable bracket to perform shifts. |
