A disclosed cartridge is a cartridge detachable from the main body of an image forming device. The cartridge includes a memory unit which comprises a contact part for connecting the main body and is connected to the body to transmit the information of the cartridge to the main body. The contact part is shifted to a first position hidden in the cartridge and a second position protruding to the outside of the cartridge in order to be connected to a connection part prepared in the main body.
