The present invention relates to a super resolution liquid crystal display further having a thin film transistor for compensation by pixel. According to the present invention, the super resolution liquid crystal display includes: a first gate wire and a second gate wire arranged on a base line of a pixel region on a substrate; a data wire arranged to intersect with the first and second gate wires; and a semiconductor layer including a vertical line segment proceeded in parallel with the data line as overlapped with the data line, and extended by intersecting with the first and second gate wires, and a horizontal line segment extended to a bottom end pixel region from the vertical line segment; a drain electrode connected to the horizontal line segment of the semiconductor layer to be extended toward the pixel region; and a pixel electrode connected to the drain electrode, and formed in the pixel region. |
