Producing a binding agent, comprises (a) providing a starting material made of calcium and silicon, with molar calcium/silicon ratio of 1.5-2.5, and disregarding the components, which are inert during the hydrothermal treatment in autoclaves, (b) mixing the raw materials, (c) hydrothermally treating the starting material mixture produced in the step (b) in the autoclave at a temperature of 100-300[deg] C and residence time of 0.1-24 hours, and (d) annealing the intermediate product obtained in step (c) at 350-495[deg] C. The molar ratio of calcium and silicon is 1.5-2.5. The water/solids ratio is 0.1-100. The heating rate is 10-6000[deg] C/minute and the residence time is 0.01-600 minute. 0.1-30 wt.% Additional elements and/or oxides are added during the step (b) and/or in the following steps. An independent claim is also included for the binding agent, produced by the above mentioned method.
|
