A flexible display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a thin film transistor which is positioned on the substrate; an organic insulating film which is positioned on the thin film transistor; and a pixel electrode which is positioned on the organic insulating film. The organic insulating film includes a self-healing material of any one selected from TCE (1,1,1-tris-(cinnamoyloxymethyl)ethane), methyl cinnamate, and ethyl cinnamate. |
