The present invention relates to a sinking prevention apparatus for a ship. According to the present invention, the sinking prevention apparatus for a ship comprises: a buoyant module installed on a lower surface of a deck in a ship to inflate a sealed pack by injecting gas when the ship is flooded to reinforce a buoyant force for the ship; a control signal input means which is installed on a prescribed location of the ship, and receives a control signal from the outside when an emergency situation occurs in the ship; and a control module which is electrically connected to the control signal input means and the buoyant module, and transmits a drive signal to the buoyant module to allow the buoyant module to reinforce a buoyant force in the ship according to the control signal inputted through the control signal input means. According to the present invention, since the buoyant module is installed on the lower surface of the deck of the ship, the sinking prevention apparatus can be operated normally when a collision or an attack is received on a lower portion or a side thereof, thereby preventing a sailing ship from sinking by an external impact or an influence of a climate such as a typhoon, a tidal wave, etc. |
