摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing edible lace, comprising: an edible lace material preparing step of preparing 22.556 wt% of any one selected among flour, rice powder, and tapioca, 1.504 wt% of a gelatin plate, 0.752 wt% of carboxylmethyl cellulose (CMC), 0.004 wt% of Stevia, and 75.184 wt% of boiled water; a primary sifting and mixing step of sifting the edible lace ingredients through a sifter and mixing the same; a gelatin plate cutting and mixing step of cutting the gelatin plate and mixing the same with the ingredients; a rapid whipping step of pouring the boiled water over the ingredients and stirring the same with a whipper; a secondary sifting and mixing step of sifting a lace dough into a sifter to be mixed; an edible lace molding step of preparing a silicone mold for lace, and spreading the lace dough; and an edible lace drying and decorating step of drying the lace dough after the edible lace molding step, and separating an edible lace from the silicone mold for lace, and decorating the same.
