摘要 The present invention relates to a method and an automation device to manufacture ferroalloys using a waste carbon block as a melting furnace of an aluminothermic reaction. Characterized by using the waste carbon block on which is formed a single mold or a plurality of molds of which an upper surface become concave as the melting furnace for the aluminothermic reaction; the method to manufacture ferroalloys in accordance with the present invention enables break processing which is costly due to the characteristics of the ferroalloys to be omitted as the ferroalloys can be produced to have uniform sizes equal to or less than 10 cm and have uniform shapes, and has an advantage in that the treatment of refractory materials and mold release materials are not required as the waste carbon block is used as the melting furnace. Accordingly, upgrading is possible as refractory materials and mold release materials are not fused with slag from the aluminum oxide produced, thus being advantageous in that the slag of aluminum oxide is recyclable as raw materials of abrasive sand or alumina cement.
