The present invention relates to a preparing method of lithium hydroxide with an improved reaction yield, which comprises: a step of preparing lithium sulfate and barium hydroxide; a step of injecting the lithium sulfate and barium hydroxide into water; a step of agitating the lithium sulfate and barium hydroxide injected into water; and a step of obtaining lithium hydroxide through a reaction between the barium hydroxide and lithium sulfate.
