The present invention relates to a high-resolution image processing camera, a service server, a system and a method thereof. According to the present invention, when a photographing module generates image information, a pixel dividing unit divides the image information for each pixel; a first comparison and determination unit compares an image pixel value of a previous frame with an image pixel value of a current frame; subsequently, a second comparison and determination unit compares an image pixel value of a frame with an image pixel value of a frame which is previous frame of an integer (i) frames, among pixels which is not changed in the first comparison and determination unit; when a pixel information generation unit generates pixel information, corresponding to pixels which is changed in the first comparison and determination unit and the second comparison and determination unit, and transmits the pixel information to a service server; and the service server combines a relevant pixel with previous image information by using the received pixel location information and stores image information for each time. According to the present invention, a problem of data processing overload in a wired/wireless communications network is solved and efficiency of network operation can be increased by receiving and transmitting only some pixels in the image information of resolution. |
