The present invention relates to a method and a system for relaying integrated issue of a bank confirmation letter. A method for relaying integrated issue of a bank confirmation letter executed by a relay server, which communicates with a business client terminal and an auditor terminal according to the present invention comprises: a first step of confirming one or more business place information received from a business client terminal, request information including bank information for integrated issue of bank confirmation letter, and auditor information designated by corresponding to the business client; a second step of request verification for the request information associated with the integrated issue of the bank confirmation letter when the auditor terminal corresponding to the confirmed auditor information accesses; a third step of storing the request information for the integrated issue of the bank confirmation letter verified by the auditor terminal in a storage medium by mapping the request information for the integrated issue of the bank confirmation on the business client information and the auditor information; a fourth step of classifying one or more integrated issue request information, which is verified and stored in the storage medium, for the bank confirmation letter in each bank; and a fifth step of requesting issue of a bank confirmation letter by integrally transmitting the classified issue request information for the bank confirmation letter to a corresponding bank server. Therefore, the present invention has a benefit capable of processing the issue and payment of the bank confirmation letter at once by effectively integrating the issue and payment of the bank confirmation letter with a plurality of business places and a plurality of banks and a benefit capable of guaranteeing the confidentialness of the bank confirmation letter and capable of preventing the forgery of the bank confirmation letter by applying an identification procedure based on certificate across a work process.
