Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a fully homomorphic message authentication method, device and system, comprising: obtaining a message authentication key, the message authentication key comprising a public key, a first character string, a second character string, the first character string being a character string of 0 and 1 with a length of n and the number of characters 1 in the first character string being 2n/3, the second character string being a character string of 0 and 1 with a length of n and the number of characters 0 in the second character string corresponding to the characters 1 in the first character string being n/3; according to the message authentication key, generating an authentication fingerprint corresponding to each bit in the data to be calculated; transmitting a calculation request to a server, and receiving from the server the calculation result for the data to be calculated and the authentication fingerprint corresponding to the calculation result; and authenticating the calculation result according to the authentication fingerprint corresponding to the calculation result, effectively reducing the amount of calculation during the authentication and improving the efficiency of authenticating the calculation result of the server. |
