A system of triggering preloading concerned web pages provides a concern factor to be counted and monitored for a web unified matter. The web unified matter is formed with a collected web page and a link of the collected web page. The web unified matter is accessed and the concern factor is counted in response to the accessing of the web unified matter. Once the concern factor matches or corresponds with a monitoring rule in a projected workspace, a preloading process may be executed in the projected workspace.
