PROTECTION CIRCUIT FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC INVERTER

A protection circuit for a photovoltaic inverter. The photovoltaic inverter comprises input terminals (1), output terminals (2) and an internal circuit (4). The input terminals and the output terminals are electrically connected with the internal circuit respectively. The protection circuit comprises safety protection switching devices (3). The input terminals and the internal circuit are electrically connected through the safety protection switching devices. The safety protection switching devices comprise a plurality of protection switches (S1-S8) in parallel, and each input terminal corresponds to one protection switch. The protection circuit has a simple structure and is easy to be implemented. The protection circuit can avoid the occurrence of the safety misadventure such as an electric shock, etc., and improve the safety of the photovoltaic inverter.
