This vehicle seat air conditioning device, which blows out from a seat (1) the air supplied from an interior air conditioning unit (21) that air conditions the cabin interior space of a vehicle, is provided with a floor-side duct (3) and a seat-side duct (4). The floor-side duct is disposed at the floor side of a vehicle body member that forms the cabin interior space, and is connected to the interior air conditioning unit so that air supplied from the interior air conditioning unit flows therewithin. The seat-side duct is disposed at the seat side and interconnects with the floor-side duct via a connecting duct (5). The connecting duct is configured in a manner so as to deform to track the displacement of the seat, and is provided in a manner so as to go along a vehicle harness (7) that connects a floor-side wiring member disposed at the floor side and a seat-side wiring member disposed at the seat side.
