A terminal can determine a special sub-frame containing all or a part of slot symbols occupied by a channel interception duration in an acquired discontinuous auxiliary carrier according to a channel continuous occupancy maximum duration, the channel interception duration of the discontinuous auxiliary carrier and a channel occupancy starting reference time point and/or a channel interception starting reference time point of the discontinuous auxiliary carrier, use other symbols except the slot symbols in the special sub-frame as symbols that can be occupied by a PDCCH and/or a PDSCH, and correspondingly receive or decode the PDCCH and/or the PDSCH in the special sub-frame according to the symbols that can be occupied by the PDCCH and/or the PDSCH, so that the currently existing problem of a low resource utilization rate due to the fact that slot symbols caused by a CCA cannot be excluded from a whole sub-frame is solved, thereby increasing a channel utilization rate insofar as a channel is discontinuously occupied.
