A expansion valve (20) is provided with: a body (30) having formed therein a first valve chamber (32) in which a first opening (37) communicating with a first pipe (91) is formed, a second valve chamber (33) in which a second opening (38) communicating with a second pipe (92) is formed, and a valve hole (34) which connects the first valve chamber (32) and the second valve chamber (33); a valve body (50) having a first main shaft section (51), at least a part of which is disposed in the first valve chamber (32), a second main shaft section (52), at least a part of which is disposed in the second valve chamber (33), and a narrowed section (53) which connects the first main shaft section (51) and the second main shaft section (52) and which is inserted in the valve hole (34); a first porous member (61) disposed in a first flow passage (21) between the first pipe (91) and the valve hole (34); and a first closing member (71) disposed in the region between the first porous member (61) and the first pipe (91) of the first flow passage (21) and closing a part of a flow passage cross-section.
