Provided is a respiratory sound analysis device, comprising: a first decomposition means (120) for decomposing respiratory sound spectra on the basis of a plurality of reference spectra which form a reference for classifying a respiratory sound; a second decomposition means (130) for decomposing at least a portion of the spectra which are decomposed by the first decomposition means on the basis of a prescribed time series feature; and output means (140, 150) for, on the basis of the spectra which are decomposed by the first decomposition means and the second decomposition means, outputting information relating to the proportions of each of the decomposed spectra which are included in the respiratory sound. With this respiratory sound analysis device, it is possible to desirably decompose a plurality of sound types included in a respiratory sound.
