In the present invention, provided is an apparatus for controlling a micro-grid system including a plurality of distributed powers which performs a droop control. The apparatus for controlling a micro-grid system comprises: a memory for storing efficiency information on each of the distributed powers; a control unit for measuring a droop gain on each of the distributed powers according to the efficiency information; and a communications unit for transmitting control information including the droop gain to the whole or a part of the distributed powers.
