The present invention relates to a closed type cross flow cooling tower having a plume reducing function and an outdoor air cooling system using the same and, more specifically, to a closed type cross flow cooling tower having a plume reducing function and an outdoor air cooling system using the same, which efficiently perform wet cooling, plume reducing wet and dry cooling, wet and dry cooling, and dry cooling operations, and improves plume reduction efficiency. The closed type cross flow cooling tower having a plume reducing function comprises: a dry heat exchange chamber; a dry heat exchange part which is arranged to be received in the dry heat exchange chamber and reduces plumes; an opening and closing control valve (141) and a high-temperature fluid supply pipeline which supply high-temperature fluid to a closed type heat exchange part; an opening and closing control valve (142) and a high-temperature cooling fluid pipeline (172a, 172b) which supply high-temperature cooling fluid to the closed type heat exchange part; and a control part (200) which controls at least one among wet cooling operation, plume reducing wet and dry cooling operation, wet and dry cooling operation, and dry cooling operation according to a control signal. |
