METHOD FOR RESTORATION OF SUBSIDED RAILROAD TRACK

The present invention discloses a method to restore a subsidence of a railroad track by lifting a concrete bed track of a sunken railroad track from a reinforced roadbed. According to the method to restore the subsidence of the railroad track of the present invention, a lifting hole is perforated through the concrete bed track of a railroad track to a reinforced roadbed, and a supporting plate is installed in the reinforced roadbed through the lifting hole. A supporting pipe is installed in the lifting hole to be supported by the supporting plate, and a fixing agent is filled between an inner surface of the lifting hole and an outer surface of the supporting pipe to fixate the supporting pipe in the lifting hole. A hydraulic jack including a housing and a rod is installed to be constructed in a longitudinal direction of the supporting pipe, and the hydraulic jack is installed in the supporting pipe such that a front end of the rod is supported by the supporting plate. A reaction force lid is combined to a top of the supporting pipe to deliver a stretching force of the hydraulic jack by restraining the stretching of the hydraulic jack, and the rod is stretched by supplying working fluid to a housing of the hydraulic jack to lift the supporting pipe and the concrete bed track on which the supporting pipe is settled. A filling material is filled in a space formed between the reinforced roadbed and the concrete bed track by lifting the concrete bed track. According to the present invention, subsidence is restored by filling a filling material between a concrete roadbed and a reinforced roadbed after lifting the concrete roadbed to a restoration height by operating a lifting device, such as a hydraulic jack, thus improving constructability by a simple process and reducing costs.
