PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toroidal coil device that is able to increase the number of turns of a coil compared with the conventional one and to achieve a shape with a good symmetric property and dimensional accuracy.SOLUTION: A toroidal coil device 1A comprises a toroidal coil 1 and a support body 4 for supporting the coil 1 from inside of it. The coil 1 is formed by three-dimensionally inflecting a planar flexible substrate 10 including a cut 21 for three-dimensional formation and a plurality of conductor patterns 3 arranged in parallel in a toroidal shape. Conductor patterns 3 each form a one-turn coil by inflection, and form a multiple-turn coil by being connected with each other via a connection part 30. The support body 4 is fixed to the inner surface at an inner circumference side of the coil 1, and holds the shape of the coil 1. Because the flexible substrate 10 is formed three-dimensionally and one-turn coils are serially connected, the number of turns of a coil can be increased, and because the shape of the coil is held by the support body 4, the symmetric property and dimensional accuracy can be achieved. |
