Disclosed in present invention is a use of naphthoquine phosphate, specifically, a use of naphthoquine phosphate in the preparation of antibacterial drugs. Naphthoquine phosphate has inhibiting effect on the growth of hormodendrum compactum, hormodendrum dermatitidis, fonsecaea pedrosoi, microsporum gypseum, star-shape trichophyton gypseum, trichophyton verrucosum, microsporum canis, escherichia coli, staphylococcus albus, staphylococcus aureus, mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis), mycobacterium smegmatis and staphylococcus epidermidis. Naphthoquine phosphate has comparatively significant therapeutical effects on staphylococcus aureus, mycobacterium tuberculosis and trichophyton infection, indicating that naphthoquine phosphate is a very potential broad-spectrum antibacterial compound. The present invention provides the antifungal and anti-common pathogenic bacteria effects of naphthoquine phosphate, and provides people with the new type broad-spectrum antibiotic drug with anti-common pathogen effect and antifungal effect. |
