Disclosed are a data radio bearer (DRB) conversion method and device, the method comprising: a user equipment (UE) receives a data bearer modification request sent by a first eNodeB, the data bearer modification request carrying configuration information of the first DRB on a second eNodeB obtained from the second eNodeB, the first DRB having been established on the first eNodeB; the UE temporarily removes the first DRB on the first eNodeB, and retains a mapping relationship between the first DRB on the first eNodeB and an evolved packet system (EPS) bearer; the UE establishes the first DRB on the second eNodeB according to the configuration information. The present invention solves the problem in the relevant art of how to convert different types of DRBs, thus improving the flexibility of DRB usage. |
