A wall panel for construction, according to the present invention, comprises: a panel body formed in the shape of a plate and erected so as to cover a frame; a panel mounting bolt of which one lengthwise side passes through the panel body from the front to the back and then is protruded; a coupling nut coupled to the lengthwise side of the panel mounting bolt which has passed through the panel body; and a coupling cap coupled to the other lengthwise side of the panel mounting bolt which is exposed on the front of the panel body. |
