The invention concerns an electrical transmission cable comprising at least one composite central core (1A, 1B) formed from fibres embedded in a resin and around which there are disposed metal conductor wires (2, 3), said core (1) being coated with a coating layer (4) consisting of carbon black and/or carbon nanotubes embedded in a resin.
