ANTIMICROBIAL COATING COMPOSITION WITH IMPROVED YELLOWING RESISTANCE

An antimicrobial coating composition comprising, i) a first polymer; ii) from 50ppm to 2000 ppm of at least one of silver ions and silver element; and iii) from 10% to 60% of titanium dioxide particles. From 50% to 100% of the titanium dioxide particles are encapsulated by a second polymer; and the total amount of the first and the second polymers is from 5% to 80% by dry weight based on total dry weight of the coating composition.
