PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide agents specifically targeting a fibroblast growth factor receptor FGFR4 which is useful as diagnosis and treatment tools of various diseases, such as cancers, and/or interfering with FGFR4-mediated signaling, and to provide a method for use thereof.SOLUTION: The invention relates to monoclonal antibodies which recognize wild type non-reduced FGFR4 polypeptide, and hybridoma cell lines which produce the monoclonal antibody. The antibodies are IgG1 and kappa chain isotype, and are labeled with one or more kinds of labels selected from a biotin label, a fluorescent label, an enzyme label, a coenzyme label, a chemiluminescence label, and a radioisotope label. |
