PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform setting change of network equipment constituting a system with a small number of man hours and without generating setting errors in a case of testing a remote location backup system of a storage device under an actual environment.SOLUTION: A remote location backup system of a storage device: manages a plurality of modes with a combination of setting information to a network device as a mode and a combination of different setting information as a different mode; receives the selection result of a mode; from a combination of setting information of the selected mode as mode change processing, generates a command to each network device as an object; and transmits the generated command to each network device as an object.
