PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately form an annular member by improving joining accuracy of a front end and a rear end of a band-like member wound around a drum.SOLUTION: A front end H1 of a band-like member H is held and the front end H1 is bonded to a drum 2. A rear end H2 of the band-like member H, of which the front end H1 is bonded to the drum 2 and which is not cut yet, is held by rear end bonding means, and the band-like member H is cut at a winding length around the drum 2. The rear end boning means is moved to the rotating drum 2, and the rear end bonding means is placed in a bonding position where the rear end H2 of the band-like member H is bonded. A rotation time of the drum 2 until winding of the band-like member H is completed, and a movement time of the rear end bonding means moving to the bonding position are matched. The rear end H2 of the band-like member H after cut is bonded to a joining position to the front end H1 on the drum 2 by the rear end bonding means. |
