Provided are: a lubricant composition which can be used as a lubricant for a rolling component, and which is capable of maintaining high lubricating performance for a long period of time even under high temperature conditions of 180°C or more; and a rolling bearing in which this lubricant composition is sealed. A lubricant composition-sealed bearing (1) is obtained by having a lubricant composition (7) sealed around a rolling body (4). This lubricant composition (7) contains a base oil and an antioxidant. The base oil is composed of a mixed oil of an alkyl diphenyl ether oil and at least one oil selected from among poly-α-olefin oils and ester oils, and the alkyl diphenyl ether oil is contained in an amount of 50% by weight or more relative to the total weight of the base oil. The antioxidant is composed of 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline or a polymerization product thereof, and is contained in an amount of 0.1-10% by weight relative to the total weight of the lubricant composition.
