The purpose of the present invention is to provide a more efficient data transmission technology using a plurality of antennae. Accordingly, provided is a transmission control device which is provided with: a first antenna; a second antenna which is orthogonal to the first antenna, and which shares the same path to a mobile terminal as the first antenna; a third antenna disposed so as to be parallel to the first antenna; a fourth antenna which is orthogonal to the third antenna, and which shares the same path to the mobile terminal as the third antenna; and a symbol transmission control unit. The symbol transmission control unit transmits a first symbol from the first antenna at a first transmission time, transmits, from the second antenna, the first symbol having the same phase as the first symbol transmitted to the first antenna, transmits a second symbol from the third antenna, and transmits, from the fourth antenna, a second symbol having the opposite phase to the second symbol transmitted to the third antenna. |
