An imaging device includes an image acquiring part, an image setting part, an image selecting part, and an image generating part. The image acquiring part acquires images which belong to different groups, respectively. The image setting part determines the number of images to be used to generate a new image. The image selecting part selects an image determined by the image setting part from the images, based on the unit information of the images belonging to the different groups acquired by the image acquiring part. The image generating part generates a new image, from the images selected by the image selecting part. |
