The present invention relates to a heat radiation adhesive, a heat radiation sheet using the heat radiation adhesive, and an electronic device having the heat radiation sheet. The heat radiation adhesive comprises: an adhesive film; a first heat conductive filler which is dispersed inside the adhesive film and horizontally diffuses heat generated by a heat generation part of the electronic device; and a second heat conductive filler which is dispersed inside the adhesive film and transfers, to the first heat conductive filler, the heat generated by the heat generation part of the electronic device. |
