The present invention relates to a non-polar motor control motor-operated valve controller for both AC and DC, provided to enable the control of a motor-operated valve without limitation of the polarity of input power as the polarity of an input voltage input to the controller is maintained to be positive polarity, and to enable the operation of the motor-operated valve to be normally controlled without limitation of the polarity of an input control signal. Specifically, the motor-operated valve controller comprises: a motor-operated valve operation unit for inputting an opening and closing signal of the motor-operated valve in accordance with the control of a user; a positive polarity power output unit for allowing the input power to be outputted according to the set polarity; a signal detection output unit for detecting and outputting a control signal; and a motor-operated valve control unit for controlling the operation of the motor-operated valve. |
