PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable drivers to surely notify each other of their intentions in a situation where it is necessary for both vehicles to give way for each other.SOLUTION: A driving support device includes: a situation determination part 25a for determining whether or not a vehicle A and a peripheral vehicle are put in a situation where it is necessary to give way for each other; a target vehicle specification part 26a for specifying a vehicle A2 as a target vehicle which is necessary to give way for the vehicle A1; and an action schedule specification part 27a for, when it is determined that the vehicle A1 and the vehicle A2 are put in the situation where it is necessary to give way for each other by the situation determination part 25a, specifying the action schedule content of the vehicle A1 in the situation. The transmission processing part 23a is configured to transmit the action schedule content specified by the action schedule specification part 27a to the vehicle A2, and a notification processing part 32a is configured to, when approval/rejection information indicating the approval/rejection of the action schedule content is received from the vehicle A2 by a reception processing part 24a, perform notification indicating that the action schedule content has been approved by a driver of the vehicle A2 on the basis of the received approval/rejection information. |
