PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous coating agent composition capable of forming a coated film capable of maintaining appearance and stain resistance at high level over long time.SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous coating agent containing a dispersant (CD) of a copolymer (C) containing a structural unit (A) derived from a predetermined silane (a), a structural unit (B) derived from a predetermined silane (b) and an inorganic oxide (D) with the content of the structural unit (A) in the copolymer (C) of 32 to 70 mass% in terms of a hydrolysis condensate and the content of the structural unit (C) in the copolymer (C) of 23 to 45 mass% in terms of a hydrolysis condensate.
