PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention system that can be easily introduced even in an existing dwelling unit.SOLUTION: A crime prevention system 1a includes: a crime prevention device 3; and an abnormality determination device 4. The abnormality determination device 4 includes: a window-type current transformer 41; a current measurement unit 42; an arithmetic unit 43a; a determination unit 44a; a control unit 45a; and a notification unit 47a. One electric wire 71 among a plurality of electric wires 71 for electric supply that are connected to the crime prevention device 3 passes through the window-type current transformer 41. The current measurement unit 42 measures a current flowing through a secondary winding 41b of the window-type current transformer 41. The arithmetic unit 43a calculates a usage power amount of the crime prevention device 3 on the basis of the current measured by the current measurement unit 42 and power source voltage of the crime prevention device 3. The determination unit 44a determines whether abnormality occurs on the basis of the usage power amount calculated by the arithmetic unit 43a. When the determination unit 44a determines that abnormality occurs, the control unit 45a controls the notification unit 47a to notify the outside of the occurrence of abnormality.
