The problem of stable communication not being possible occurs when there is a time when another system occupies an unlicensed band being used in an LTE-A system. A base station device for communicating with a terminal device in a second frequency band which differs from an exclusively usable first frequency band, the base station device having a wireless transmission unit for transmitting data and control information to the terminal device, and a wireless receiving unit for receiving data and control information transmitted from the terminal device, wherein the wireless receiving unit receives ACK/NACK transmitted from the terminal device in the first uplink sub-frame following completion of communication by another system, when the wireless transmission unit transmits data to the terminal device, and another system is communicating in the second frequency band during the timing at which ACK/NACK would be received in response to the data transmission. |
