The present invention relates to an LED lamp driving device for stably driving an LED lamp and electrically and safely driving the LED lamp without flickering by satisfying an oscillation method condition of an electronic ballast even when a time constant of a coil and a capacitor of the electronic ballast varies. The LED lamp driving device of the present invention comprises a resonance control unit comprising: a resonance capacitor unit inserted into one of two connection terminals of the electronic ballast and provided with a third capacitor of which one end is mounted on one of two electrodes of a power input terminal and a fourth capacitor of which one end is mounted on the other one of the two electrodes of the power input terminal; a resonance switching unit provided with third and fourth transistors formed from a field-effect transistor, wherein the other end of the third capacitor is connected to the drain of the third transistor, the other end of the fourth capacitor is connected to the drain of the fourth transistor, and the sources of the third and fourth transistors are connected to the ground; and a voltage monitoring unit provided with a voltage detector, wherein the gates of the third and fourth transistors are connected to an output end (Vout) of the voltage detector, and an intermediate connection point of first and second resistors connected in series between a driving voltage (V1) and the ground is connected to an input end (Vin) of the voltage detector. |
