The present invention relates to a hatch opening device. The hatch opening device according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is located under a hatch, comprises: a drive member which is connected to a ladder located under the hatch or an inclined surface where the ladder is located to be vertically rotated through a support shaft; a lift member of which one end is connected to the drive member and the other end is located under the hatch; and a support unit which supports the lift member to be vertically movable.
