A solar heat collection panel for a building comprises: an insulation member which is made of an insulating material, and has a heat collection unit grooved into an opened space from a certain portion of a front surface thereof and a through hole penetrating the front surface and a rear surface thereof above and below the heat collection unit and forming a continuous space with the grooved portion; a solar heat collection plate provided with a hot water pipe and attached to the heat collection unit of a main body; a light transmitting member attached to a front surface of the main body to block the space opened to the front surface of the heat collection unit to which the solar heat collection plate is attached; and an opening and closing means comprising a fixed pipe body provided with a female screw and fixed in the through hole of the main body to open and close the through hole of the main body, and a pair of moving pipe bodies provided with an inlet and an outlet forming a continuous space with the through hole of the main body, screw-mounted on the fixed pipe body from the front and the rear surface of the main body, and installed on the fixed pipe body to be moved in an axial direction. |
