PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill pan enabling efficient heat transfer to an installed object to be heated, and having energy efficiency.SOLUTION: A grill pan 4 is stored in a grill box so as to freely be taken in and out back and forth through a front opening. The grill pan comprises: an installation surface 40a where an object to be heated is installed and that has flatness of not interfering for adhesion to the installed object to be heated; and an inclination surface that is inclined so as to be made lower from its central part toward its peripheral edge. |
